its a 99 convertible last year the conv where made, first year with the bigger engine has 8,300 miles saddle bags windshield,thats why its called convertible,they can be removed,easily,blue, forward controls. its a beauty

This is the Kelly Blue Book website. You can enter your zip and info on the bike and get some market values. You can also look on Ebay and see what other people are asking for the same bike with similar miles. Remember, the right price for something is whatever the buyer is willing to pay!!!
go to nada and they will give you sugestions. I don’t think kelly blue book does appraisals on motorcycles, but I could be wrong.
Convertible what? Softtale or Hardtail? Whats the FL designation? Most Harley’s are convertible, if you mean the ability to take off the windshield & saddlebags -= so that doesn’t help. 1999 was the last year Harley put the EVO (80 cubic inch engine) on some of their models – so that actually brings the price down. They went to the 88 dual cam in 98 & now have gone to the 96 inch dual cam (again bringing the EVO price down).
