Do All Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Owners Keep Beer & Ice in Their Hard Saddle Bags?
I know 2 people that own an EG and they both do it. How does the world stand?

All the HD Riders I know don’t keep beer and ice in their saddlebags because the saddlebags are not waterproof.
They love stopping at bars, riding a HD you can’t ride too far from home cause of the noise and vibration, so they ride a few miles from home stopping at a local bar.
Actually, I know one who rolls up paper targets in one bag, and puts a handgun in the other and rides to a shooting range with it all.
Haha…I never have. That’s where I keep tools and extra clothes and stuff. Maybe if I had a tour pack…….
Only in my left one. The right one is full of whiskey and ammo.
Like Byron said many use the space for tools to fix oil leaks and reinstall parts that vibrate off . The rest of the space is used for extra bottles of oil, rags and hand cleaner. Oh yeah, chrome polish too.
Not all the time, just when I ride places Bart fears to go. Like camping.
Some do, some don’t.
The nice thing about large bags is that one guy can carry the beer and another can carry the dry stuff.
